Frequently Asked Questions
How many wineries do we visit?+
Most groups comfortably visit 3–5 wineries. We typically allow 60–75 minutes per stop including the tasting and any food. Your chauffeur will help pace the day so you're never rushed.
Do you cover tasting fees or food?+
Tasting fees and any food or wine purchases are paid directly at each winery. We're happy to coordinate lunch reservations at vineyard restaurants like Old Vines, Home Block at CedarCreek or Miradoro.
Can we bring purchased wine in the vehicle?+
Absolutely. We provide cooler space and secure storage so your purchases stay safe and at temperature for the rest of the day.
What areas do you cover?+
We tour the entire Okanagan Valley including West Kelowna, Kelowna, Lake Country, Summerland, Naramata, Penticton, Oliver and Osoyoos.
How far in advance should we book?+
For peak season (June–October) and weekends, we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead. Off-season tours can often be arranged within 48 hours.
