How discreet is the planning?+
Extremely. We can route confirmations to your email only, use cover stories ('a wine tour gift'), and brief the chauffeur to play along. Your secret is safe.
Can you coordinate the photographer?+
Yes. We work with several Okanagan engagement photographers and can introduce you, or coordinate timing if you've already booked one.
What about florals and decor?+
We provide rose petals and champagne as standard. For larger setups (candles at a viewpoint, custom bouquets, ring boxes) we partner with local florists and event stylists.
How far in advance should I book?+
Two to four weeks is ideal so we can scout the perfect viewpoint, coordinate sunset timing and reserve any add-ons. Last-minute proposals can sometimes be arranged within 48 hours.
Can the night continue after the proposal?+
Of course. Many couples extend the limo to a celebratory dinner, a sunset cruise or drinks at OAK + CRU. Just let us know what you'd like to do after the moment.
